Job Description

We require DGM /GM MEP for our Nirala World project in Greater Noida West/ Noida

-BTech Electrical with 15 - 20 yrs of exp in residential/ Group Housing Project/ Commercial Projects
-Knowledge of all Mechanical, Electrical & plumbing work requirements at site

Job description

Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers and coordinators.
Collaborate with project managers to develop MEP project budgets, schedules, and plans.
Review and approve MEP system designs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee the bidding and procurement process for MEP subcontractors and vendors.
Monitor the progress of MEP installations and coordinate with construction teams.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure MEP systems are installed correctly.
Troubleshoot and resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during construction.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Manage MEP project budgets and track expenses to control costs effectively.
Work closely with the project team to resolve design conflicts and coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural elements.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in MEP work.
