Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, driving best practices in CI/CD, cloud operations, and automation.
  
• Architect, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  .
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using

  Terraform

  and

  Ansible

  .
• Implement containerization strategies using

  Docker

  and orchestration with

  Kubernetes

  .
• Ensure security, scalability, monitoring, and performance of infrastructure and applications.
  
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to optimize delivery pipelines.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
  
• Stay updated with emerging DevOps and cloud technologies, recommending adoption where relevant.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 612 years of experience in

  DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation

  .
• Hands-on expertise with

  Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes

  , and

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Strong experience managing infrastructure and workloads on

  GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

  .
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).
  
• Solid understanding of networking, monitoring, and cloud security principles.
  
• Proven experience in leading teams and handling large-scale production environments.
  

Certifications (Must Have – Professional Level)

• Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect

  (preferred for infra leadership)

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

  (if multi-cloud experience is relevant)
  

• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert

  (optional but relevant)
  

• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate

  (strongly preferred for IaC expertise)

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

  or

  Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
  
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of GitOps practices (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
