Devops - Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:• Lead and inspire a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.• Set clear objectives and priorities for the team and ensure alignment with company goals.• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.2. DevOps Strategy and Implementation:• Contribute to the development and execution of the DevOps strategy.• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software applications.• Collaborate with software development and operations teams to streamline processes.3. Automation and Tooling:• Automate manual processes and tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.• Select and implement appropriate DevOps tools and technologies to support automation.• Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and configurations.4. Infrastructure Management:• Work closely with infrastructure teams to manage and optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure.• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.• Ensure the reliability and scalability of infrastructure resources.5. Continuous Improvement:• Continuously assess and improve DevOps processes and practices.• Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and enhance system performance.• Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.6. Security and Compliance:• Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce security best practices.• Integrate security scanning and testing into CI/CD pipelines.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.7. Incident Response and Troubleshooting:• Lead incident response efforts and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.• Provide on-call support as needed to address critical incidents.8. Documentation and Training:• Maintain documentation for DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices.• Train and mentor team members on DevOps tools, practices, and procedures.• Ensure knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team.
