Devops Lead/Architect

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and own platform architecture for cloud-native, microservices-based applicationsdesign scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure across public cloud environments.
• 7+ years of experience in Lead/Architect , design and delivery of CI/CD pipelines and release automation to enable repeatable, low-risk deployments and faster time-to-market.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards, modules, and drift-management using tools like Terraform and configuration management frameworks.
• Architect and operate container orchestration and runtime platforms (Kubernetes), including networking, ingress, service mesh patterns, and Helm chart management.
• Build and maintain robust observability, logging, alerting, and incident response practices to drive SLAs and platform reliability improvements.
• Mentor and grow engineering teams, establish DevOps best practices, perform architecture reviews, and collaborate closely with development, security, and product teams.
