DevOps Engineer

Your role bridges the gap between software development and IT operationsensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.

Please note, this role is not remote. We need you to be in our Pune office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  
• Collaborate with developers to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
  
• Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Maintain version control and branching strategies using Git.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.
  
• Continuously optimize system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 4–6 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineer role.
  
• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD tools

  (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  
• Solid understanding of

  cloud services

  (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience with

  containers and orchestration

  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with

  monitoring and logging

  tools (Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  networking, load balancing, and security best practices

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP or Kubernetes.
  
• Experience with microservices architecture.
  
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices.
  
• Understanding of cost optimization and cloud governance.
