Ideal Candidate Profile: Required residency to become a Director of an Indian company Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably within insurance or financial services, working alongside UK and/ or US teams. Strong understanding of underwriting and broking operations, with the ability to translate business needs into efficient delivery models. Demonstrated success in scaling teams, improving processes, and managing cross-functional projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in a global, matrixed organization. Visionary mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation within a service delivery context. Knowledge of both the UK and the US P&C insurance sector.
