DevOps Engineer with Developer Experience

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps solutions and development tools to ensure high-availability, security, and reliability of systems. Your expertise in Python and/or GoLang, along with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, container orchestration, monitoring, and automation, will be instrumental in your success. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure in on-premise or cloud environments. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc. - Write infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. - Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc. - Automate repetitive tasks and enhance development workflows with Python or GoLang. - Collaborate with development teams to enhance developer experience, tooling, and build/deployment strategies. - Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, etc). - Ensure adherence to security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines (Secrets Management, IAM, Vulnerability Scanning). - Own and optimize cloud resources (AWS/GCP/Azure) for performance and cost-efficiency. - Troubleshoot production issues to maintain system uptime and reliability, with possible on-call responsibilities. - Contribute to DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers. Required Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering. - Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or GoLang. - Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and pipeline design. - Proficiency in Cloud Platforms, with a preference for AWS, and familiarity with GCP or Azure. - Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc. - Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and system architecture. - Familiarity with GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). - Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools. - Solid grasp of DevSecOps and secure DevOps workflows best practices.,
