DevOps Engineer - Senior Analyst

Location and Work Mode: - Onsite work from Cracow - Working hours: 9am - 5pm - Contract of Employment Role & Responsibilities: - Provide Level 1 Support Services for the DevCloud platform and tools, including incident triage and escalation. - Acknowledge incidents, troubleshoot using SOPs, communicate resolutions, and close incidents in the ITSM tool. - Acknowledge service requests, work on them within authorization, and close tickets with the appropriate SOP attached. - Update knowledge management as required and participate in upskilling trainings. - Provide guidance to end users for issue resolution and service request fulfillment. - Document issues accurately in the ITSM tool for future reference.
