As a DevOps Engineer at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the smooth deployment of applications in the Java ecosystem. Your expertise in Linux and Networking will be utilized to maintain k8s clusters, system deployment scripts, and project GIT repositories. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required: **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines based on Jenkins/Spinnaker - Maintain Helm chart umbrella and verification tests - Ensure the product is in a deployable state using CI/CD pipelines - Manage k8s clusters and underlying infrastructure - Maintain and develop system deployment scripts - Manage project GIT repositories **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Jenkins, scripted/declarative pipelines development - Proficiency in Git for branching, merging, and conflict resolution - Strong understanding of Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) administration and configuration - Scripting skills in bash and python - Basic networking troubleshooting skills - Familiarity with Docker and understanding of K8s and Helm principles - Nice to have: Experience with K8s, Helm, Spinnaker, Openstack, and config management tools like Ansible/Chef/Puppet At GlobalLogic, we offer a culture of caring where people come first, continuous learning and development opportunities, and interesting and meaningful work that makes an impact.
