Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting the major development platforms with a focus on Kubernetes and Redhat OpenShift on AWS Services. Incident management and response, troubleshooting DAGs failures

Patching/upgrades:

Create change and implementation
Monthly ROSA and ARO cluster Patching
Twistlock upgrades
Oauth2-proxy upgrade

Splunk Upgrade:

Implement Changes, deployments, RITMs and CAPAs in all the clusters from Non-prod and prod
Documentation: create documentations in confluence , create KB, stack overflow articles
Monitor Splunk alerts and work on initial triage

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

Strong Kubernetes knowledge and hands-on working experience
Strong Hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
Strong IAC Code Experience (Terraform )
Knowledge on Github Actions and how ArgoCD work
Experience in handling SNOW,Cyberark,Confluence,Jira,Splunk
Experience in basic AWS services like EC2,RDS, VPC, Route53 etc , AWS troubleshooting
Basic Linux administrative commands
