Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment of applications across multiple environments.
Develop and optimize infrastructure automation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Write scripts to facilitate automation tasks.
Configure and maintain seamless integration between source code repositories (e.g., Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and deployment systems.
Leverage on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy applications and manage resources, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to define deployment standards, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes across the development lifecycle.
Ensure security best practices, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and access control, are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
Maintain clear documentation on deployment processes, pipeline configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Mentor and share knowledge with other team members.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
Understanding of security practices in CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
