Devops Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture Design and maintain a multi-tenant, highly available, and scalable infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Define cloud resource models, networking topology, and security standards for large-scale developer environments.
• Lead the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Automation & DevOps Enablement:

• Drive the automation of environment provisioning, scaling, and monitoring for development and test pipelines.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD integrations (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Octopus Deploy).
• Develop custom automation scripts and tools using Python and TypeScript, ensuring seamless infrastructure-developer collaboration.
• Establish performance benchmarks and implement proactive capacity planning.

Observability & Reliability:

• Define srcsrvability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch) for infrastructure and virtualized workloads.
• Enable predictive insights through logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.

Security & Compliance:

• Collaborate with InfoSec teams to ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Regularly conduct infrastructure audits and threat modeling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Cloud and Infrastructure Architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container networking.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and environment automation.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and TypeScript for automation and integration scripts.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for IaC.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenancy, scalability, and reliability engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (preferred) or Associate.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Experience working with developer enablement platforms or internal developer portals.
