About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in both AWS and Azure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems to ensure smooth deployment and reliable application performance and can collaborate effectively with the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda) and Azure (VMs, AKS, Storage, Functions, App Services).
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure environment consistency.
• Maintain high availability, scalability, and security compliance across cloud environments.
• Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for infrastructure components.
• Automate manual operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts.
• Manage source control and branching strategies using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services (Active Directory aka Entra ID).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, or other IaC frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container networking.
• Good knowledge of Linux, networking concepts, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
• Experience managing production workloads and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
