Devops Engineer

Designation: DevOps Engineer

Preferred Experience: 4+ years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in managing servers, networks, and databases. You will be responsible for automating build, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring application security and compliance, and optimizing application performance. This role requires excellent coordination with cross-functional teams and the ability to lead incident response efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Integration:

  Embed security controls, tools, and processes into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

• Infrastructure Security:

  Implement and maintain secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

• Vulnerability Management:

  Conduct static (SAST), dynamic (DAST), and dependency (SCA) security scans; remediate vulnerabilities across the SDLC.

• Cloud Security:

  Enforce best practices and compliance in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments (e.g., IAM, networking, encryption).

• Monitoring & Incident Response:

  Set up continuous monitoring, logging, and alerting for security threats using tools like Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or Datadog.

• Container Security:

  Secure Docker and Kubernetes workloads using tools such as Trivy, Aqua, or Prisma Cloud.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with DevOps, Development, and Security teams to promote a culture of security by design.

• Compliance:

  Support audits and ensure adherence to standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or GDPR.

• Vulnerability Management:

  Conduct static (SAST), dynamic (DAST), and dependency (SCA) security scans; remediate vulnerabilities across the SDLC. or Pentest

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience in DevOps or Security Engineering roles.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.).
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Familiarity with IaC and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
