Role Overview: As a Software Developer at 01 Synergy in Ludhiana, your role involves understanding business requirements and actively participating in project discussions to design, estimate, and deliver secure, highly performing code. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-volume, consumer-facing applications that ensure high availability and performance. Additionally, you will develop systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and operational costs. Your contribution will be crucial in maximizing the productivity of the project team by selecting an effective development environment, establishing technical standards, providing training, and offering advisory and troubleshooting support. Your involvement in organizational initiatives will help in enhancing organizational competence and memory. You will also participate in pre-sales activities to showcase the technical capabilities of the organization, which may involve answering technical questions and developing proof-of-concept products. Staying updated on emerging technologies, tools, procedures, and techniques will be essential to align with the organization's future technological focus.
