JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the

  end-to-end DevOps architecture strategy

  , ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency across environments.
• Architect and implement

  enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines

  for multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Design

  infrastructure automation frameworks

  using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Lead container orchestration strategy with

  Kubernetes

  , service mesh technologies, and microservices deployment models.
• Establish DevSecOps practices, integrating

  security, compliance, and governance

  into every stage of the delivery pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define

  cloud-native reference architectures

  for AI, data, and agentic workloads.
• Oversee

  observability strategy

  logging, metrics, tracing, and incident response processes.
• Drive

  cost optimization

  and capacity planning across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.
• Mentor senior DevOps engineers, setting coding and automation best practices.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and lead

  proof-of-concepts

  for strategic adoption.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years

  in DevOps, CloudOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, with at least

  3 years

  in an architect or lead role.
• Deep expertise in

  AWS

  (multi-account architectures, security, and networking), with exposure to Azure/GCP.
• Proven track record in

  designing CI/CD frameworks

  with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar at enterprise scale.
• Advanced experience with

  Kubernetes

  , Helm, and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Strong proficiency in

  Infrastructure-as-Code

  tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Expertise in scripting and automation with

  Python, Bash, or Go

  .
• Solid understanding of

  cloud security architecture

  , compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
• Experience designing

  observability and monitoring architectures

  with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
