As a DevOps Architect at Infra360, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end delivery, solution architecture, and client success across DevOps, SRE, Security, and Cloud engagements. Your responsibilities will involve leading and mentoring a DevOps/SRE team, owning the delivery of projects, designing and reviewing multi-cloud and on-prem solution architectures, defining and enforcing quality assurance processes, managing people and projects, engaging with clients, and contributing to business growth strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a DevOps/SRE team (10+ engineers) across multiple client projects. - Own delivery of projects including SOW, milestones, SLAs, and client expectations. - Design and review multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem solution architectures. - Define and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) processes for project delivery. - Act as a Hiring Manager: recruit, onboard, and scale engineering teams. - Build strong relationships with US-based and global clients, identifying upsell opportunities. - Drive adoption of automation, observability, and incident management best practices. - Develop and execute a technology operations strategy aligned with business goals. **Qualifications:** - 6-12 years of experience in technology operations (DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure), with 3+ years in leadership/delivery management. - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
