DevOps Architect

As an experienced DevOps Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. Your expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation will be instrumental in leading the DevOps team effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the DevOps team to ensure reliable infrastructure and automated deployment processes. - Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms. - Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and environments. - Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. - Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance. - Collaborate with Development, QA, and Security teams to integrate DevOps best practices across the SDLC. - Lead incident management and root cause analysis for production issues. - Ensure robust security practices for infrastructure and pipelines. - Guide and mentor team members for their professional growth and development. - Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve operational efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - At least two current cloud certifications and 10+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Operations. - Minimum 5+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role. - Strong expertise in major cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, IaC tools, containerization, and orchestration. - Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. - Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Go. - Experience in implementing security best practices across DevOps pipelines. This role offers an occasionally hybrid work arrangement based out of our Trivandrum office, with occasional travel requirements and light on-call rotation based on operational needs.
