15 years full time educationSummary: As a DevOps Architect, you will assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technology environments. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to create and implement innovative technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements and translate them into effective DevOps strategies, ensuring that both cloud-native and on-premises infrastructures are optimized for performance and scalability. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the implementation of these solutions, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can improve the DevOps processes and workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices to automate deployment processes. - Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
