Company Description We deal with Devices like Computer, Laptop, Android Phones, Apple Devices in software based optimization, repairing and upgrade. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Devices Expert at Synergy Life Solutions. The Devices Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining various devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to users. The role is located in Asansol but allows for some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Technical knowledge in devices and electronics Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Higher secondary with 2-5 years of software knowledge is considered. Diploma in Software related is also considerable.
