Devices Expert

You will be a Devices Expert at Synergy Life Solutions, responsible for managing and maintaining various devices such as Computers, Laptops, Android Phones, and Apple Devices. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing support to users, and optimizing, repairing, and upgrading software in these devices. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Asansol, with the flexibility to work partly from home. To excel in this role, you should possess technical knowledge in devices and electronics, along with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential. A higher secondary education with 2-5 years of software knowledge is required, while a Diploma in a software-related field is also considered. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.,
