Development Team Lead (Dot Net Technology)

As a Development Team Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience in .NET technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and managing the development team, designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications, gathering business requirements, enforcing best practices, and ensuring application performance and security. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise applications using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translating them into technical specifications will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will define and enforce software development best practices, manage project timelines in Agile/Scrum environments, and ensure adherence to data security and privacy policies. Your technical skills should include expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development. Proficiency in VB.NET, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server is essential. Experience with unit testing frameworks, source control tools, JavaScript, React.js, and RESTful API integration will be required. As a leader, you should have demonstrated experience in managing teams, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a high-performance team culture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Handling multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery will be part of your responsibilities. Nice-to-have skills include exposure to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Docker, microservices architecture, and certifications in .NET, Azure, or Agile methodologies.
