-Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment

-Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance

-Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

-Architect and design scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

-Ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability

-Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards and provide constructive feedback to team members

-Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team meets delivery timelines

-Identify and resolve technical challenges, guiding the team in implementing best practices for both front-end and back-end development

-Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability, addressing any bottlenecks or technical issues

-Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions

-Lead the implementation of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, to streamline development workflows
