Developer/Engineer

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer at Merkle, you will be responsible for developing required software features, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to the company's performance and quality standards. You will work independently with a broader project overview, participate in communications with partners and clients, and contribute to various stages of the development process. Key Responsibilities: - Work independently with a broader overview on the project - Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed - Understand and follow the release processes in the company - Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation - Write quality code to fit unique customer needs and configurations - Troubleshoot and debug, with some guidance from senior team members if needed - Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers - Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing - Achieve a better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Proven experience in software development - Strong understanding of release processes and software development lifecycle - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to troubleshoot and debug effectively - Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus Please note that the location of this role is in Mumbai and it is a full-time permanent position at Merkle.
