Developer/Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Merkle, your primary responsibility will be to develop required software features, ensuring timely delivery while upholding the company's performance and quality standards. You will work independently with a broader project overview, participate in communications with partners and clients, and contribute to requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and debugging, writing quality code tailored to unique customer needs, and providing mentoring to junior Software Engineers. Additionally, you will deliver trainings, partake in knowledge sharing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company platform and processes. - Work independently with a broader overview on the project - Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed - Understand and follow the release processes in the company - Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation - Write quality code to fit unique customer needs and configurations - Troubleshoot and debug (with some guidance from senior team members if needed) - Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers - Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing - Achieve better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Proven experience in software development - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment,
