Key Responsibilities: - Understand product/software requirements and design solutions based on thorough analysis. - Conduct a detailed investigation into problem areas throughout the software development life cycle. - Code and develop software/modules, ensuring optimal functionality. - Evaluate operational feasibility, automate software validation processes, and modify software to enhance performance. - Engage in consistent status reporting and maintain a customer-centric approach towards project execution. - Capture client requirements effectively, seek regular feedback for timely delivery, and participate in ongoing education and training. Deliverables: - Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software: Achieve error-free onboarding and implementation, adhere to release plans, and maximize throughput. - Quality & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely delivery, effective management of software, troubleshoot queries, enhance customer experience, and complete relevant certifications for skill enhancement. - MIS & Reporting: Ensure on-time generation of management information systems and reports.
