As a GenAI developer with strong hands-on experience in Python and a solid background in Generative AI, specifically in building and integrating chatbots with various applications, you will play a crucial role in the Data Fabric and Advanced Analytics department. Reporting to the AI director, your primary responsibility will involve designing, building, and deploying AI-powered conversational agents using Microsoft Azure AI services. Utilizing natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI tools, you will create chatbots that enhance user experience and automate interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop AI-powered chatbots using Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, and Cognitive Services. - Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) for intelligent conversation handling. - Fine-tune GPT-based models and integrate them with business applications. - Optimize chatbot performance by training models, improving responses, and handling edge cases. - Deploy and manage chatbots using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, and Kubernetes. - Integrate chatbots with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications. - Ensure chatbot security, compliance, and scalability in Azure cloud environments. - Monitor chatbot analytics using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Power BI. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. - Previous experience in AI/ML projects, internships, or industry roles. - Strong portfolio of AI projects and experience in AI-powered chatbot development, cloud computing, and NLP. - Experience with Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4, GPT-3.5), Language Understanding (LUIS), and Conversational AI in AI & NLP. - Proficiency in Python, C#, and JavaScript for chatbot development in Programming. - Strong knowledge of Azure AI services, Azure Bot Framework, Cognitive Services, and Azure DevOps in Cloud Computing. - Experience in integrating chatbots with APIs, databases (Cosmos DB, SQL), and third-party applications in Integration Skills. - Understanding of fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector search (Azure AI Search) in Machine Learning. - Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), role-based access control (RBAC), and data privacy best practices in Security & Compliance. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps in Agile & DevOps.,
