Developer- SAP Dev/ Integration

As a SAP ABAP Sr. Developer/Specialist at Medline, your role will involve engaging with various portfolio/Functional teams on complex requirements and problem definition. You will propose complex solutions, review designs, estimate efforts, and guide the team on project processes and deliverables. Your contribution will be crucial in training and building in-house capability to create a high-quality SAP technical team that meets the evolving needs of Medline. Additionally, you will lead team upskilling and provide guidance on building agile and DevOps practices. ### Skills / Experience: - 12+ years of experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP applications with exposure to middleware solutions - Ability to collaborate effectively with various IT teams and key stakeholders - Proficiency in feasibility analysis, high-level design proposals, and technical work planning - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, HANA code push down techniques, and SAP performance tuning - Hands-on experience with ABAP-Units and designing RICEFW objects in modules like SAP SD, MM, FICO, PP - Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams and knowledge of SAP DevOps tools - Excellent communication and collaboration skills ### Responsibilities: - Facilitate SAP project development and support activities across SAP landscape systems - Drive technical designs and complex technical solutions formulation - Assist in large development designs and work plan preparation - Review technical solutions and mentor team on quality and best practices - Groom and mentor developers on technical skills - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in an agile environment - Contribute to reviews, feedback, and documentation updates for SAP environment modernization - Lead root cause analysis activities and implement solutions ### Educational Qualification: - Four-year degree in Computer Science/Electronics with good academics - Certification in SAP Application Development or object-oriented programming languages/Middleware technologies preferred,
