Dev Ops Engineer

In this role at CRM Landing Software, you will be responsible for streamlining and managing end-to-end release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce solutions. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) - Working extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests) - Automating deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs (sandbox to production) - Collaborating with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles - Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing pipeline performance - Implementing DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar - Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management - Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps - Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets - Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Bonus: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications CRM Landing Software is a Salesforce Summit Partner, Authorized Consulting Partner, and AppExchange Partner.
