Troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Lan, Switch, Passbook kiosk, Outlook and printers in terms of hardware and configuration issues
Ensure timely resolution of escalated support requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Monitor and track incidents and request tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain the regional standby stock and deployment of desktops and laptops.
Enforce IT security policies and practices, including user access controls, data protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
