Desktop Support Technician(B2C)

Join our team as a Desktop Support Technician in Mohali, working the night shift. In this role, you will be remotely assisting users with PC issues using tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Your key responsibilities will include resolving driver errors, software crashes, and blue screen errors, as well as performing system tune-ups and malware scans from a remote location. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to offer and upsell premium diagnostic or repair plans to our clients. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Windows-based systems and possess excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person during the night shift hours.
