Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of user-reported issues and ensure timely resolution within
agreed service levels.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open support requests efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues by asking targeted questions and
identifying root causes.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex problems following standard procedures to the
appropriate internal teams or Service Manager.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to users throughout the support process.
  • Follow up to ensure user systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Log all support activities and issue details accurately in ServiceNow.
  • Install and troubleshoot software and applications on end-user systems.
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting for network and proxy-related issues.
  • Document technical solutions and procedures in the form of notes or manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
f
ield.
  • Good understanding of:
o
oooWindows OS and Mac OSOffice 365 and Microsoft applicationsRemote desktop toolsNetwork troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, especially ServiceNow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Added Advantage

  • CCNA, MCSA or Azure certification.
