Desktop Support Engineer (Systems Administrator)

*Desktop Support Engineer (Systems Administrator)* with *3+ years* of work experience required in a reputed *capital market organisation* located at *Malad (nearby station)* , Mumbai

*Candidates with prior experience of working in a stock broking organisation preferred*

JD:

- *Manage and maintain multiple Windows versions (XP-11) and Android devices* , including Microsoft Office installation and troubleshooting

- *Install and manage Odin Manager* with roles like Admin, Chief, Dealer, and WebAdmin

- Perform document verification, scrutinize forms, and handle *DP & KYC back-office account opening*

- *Modify KRA & CKYC uploads in relevant software*

- Manage *SQL databases* (2008, 2012) for creation, backup, and restoration

- Conduct *Beginning of the Day (BOD) and End of the Day (EOD) server activities* , monitor applications, and resolve server issues

- Provide *customer support & trading software troubleshooting (Odin, web platforms, mobile apps)*

- Utilize remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn, GoToAssist, Sectona)

- Manage *customer tickets via Zoho & Zendesk*

*Salary up to Rs 7 lakh per annum* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
