Desktop Support Engineer L2

Job Description :

• Handle escalated technical issues from L1 and provide advanced troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and applications.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches, and perform backups
• Document incidents, root causes, and solutions.
• Support and guide L1 engineers when needed.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration.
• Hands-on experience with networking (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN).
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Good understanding of IT security and system monitoring.
• 2–4 years of IT support/system administration experience.
• Preferred certifications: MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, VMware, ITIL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
