Desktop Support Engineer L1

We are hiring a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth functioning of end-user systems including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite/remote support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
• Handle user account setups and password resets.
• Support email configuration (Outlook, Office 365).
• Manage antivirus updates and security patches.
• Assist with network connectivity and hardware issues.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or repairs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
