Desktop Support Engineer L1

As a Desktop Support L1 at AppsTech Solution, your role involves providing IT infrastructure services to customers by installing, configuring, and setting up computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Your responsibilities include: - Installing, configuring, and setting up computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. - Troubleshooting connection issues for network devices such as Firewall, switch, server, CCTV, Wi-fi, access control, etc. - Installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook Mail Client. - Managing domain connectivity, drive sharing, user rights, and creating user profiles and users in an AD environment. - Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems of IT equipment and software applications. - Managing and updating helpdesk tickets within SLAs. - Maintaining documentation of user issues and troubleshooting procedures. - Aligning with customer requirements and system functionality. Your technical skills should include knowledge of operating systems, business software, network basics, basic troubleshooting tools, active directory, and network devices. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or relevant diplomas/degrees like BSc IT, MSc IT, BCA, or MCA. Skills needed for this role include strong troubleshooting skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in IT support is preferred, with opportunities for college students with a 6-month internship, freshers with 6-month on-the-job training, and experienced individuals up to 3 years. This is a full-time position based in Halol, Panchmahal, Gujarat. Please note that this role requires reliable commuting or planning to relocate to Halol, Gujarat.
