Desktop Support Engineer L1

As an individual with good communication skills, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software. Additionally, you will be required to maintain all assets and update the asset database regularly. Your role will involve providing regular technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, along with excellent knowledge in technical support for operating systems, Outlook mail support, and basic network support/troubleshooting. You should also have good knowledge in imaging desktops/laptops and experience in troubleshooting LAN/VPN issues for clients. It is essential to close all assigned tickets in the ticketing system within the specified SLA and have experience in troubleshooting DHCP/DNS issues.
