You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role of Desktop Support Engineer in Thrissur: - Assembling and Disassembling of Computers - Hardware Diagnostics & Troubleshooting of Computers - Installing, Configuring, and troubleshooting Hardware Devices - Managing the I/O, Peripheral Devices - Providing Application Support - Handling IT related Calls and supporting the users - Handling IT asset Management and preparing MIS - Coordinating with Vendors for AMC Renewals - Providing Basic Networking support Qualifications required for this role include: - CCNA certification - Proficiency in Desktop Support - Networking skills - Hardware knowledge, including Bluetooth Printers Please note that the salary package for this position ranges from 20 k to 25 k, and the ideal candidate should be able to join within 15 days.,
