L2 Desktop Support:
Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), macOS(knowledge) and common business software (Office 365, email clients, etc.).
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Experience with remote desktop support tools and IT helpdesk ticketing systems.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.\
