Job Description

The job involves maintaining the various computer systems owned or operated by the company. You will be responsible for providing end-user support, resolving technical issues, and offering technical assistance for all operating systems and applications. You will provide support both in-person and remotely through telephone or remote access. Additionally, you will be maintaining business software applications, researching, designing, implementing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing and new operating systems and applications. You will also be involved in testing, validating, and installing operating system and application security/performance patches. As the ideal candidate, you will install, configure, and maintain the company's computer systems, applications, and firewall. This includes system and application upgrades, updates, and patches. You will play a key role in securing company data and other resources, ensuring data availability, and managing disaster recovery procedures. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift and includes a performance bonus. The work location is in person.,
