Job Title: Desktop Configuration

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-10

Knowledge and Skills required:

• Knowledge of IT Operations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or generalized ticking of incident, problem, and change management processes and procedures
• Knowledge of Windows Desktop OS's and corresponding management tools (GPMC, SCCM, and Intune)
• Administrative knowledge MacOS and corresponding management tools (Jamf / Intune)
• Knowledge of modern OS light touch deployment methodologies (Autopilot & DEP)
• Troubleshooting skills of OPP, IE/Edge, Chrome, Windows, MacOS, Skype, and OneDrive
• Fundamental understanding of network concepts (PAC Files, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, and Proxies)
• Scripting experience in PowerShell and Bash
• Fundamental understanding of both application and machine virtualization products
• Strong interpersonal, client service, communications, and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently in a crisis situation
• The ability to work effectively work and team with clients, management, and staff members who are geographically dispersed.
• Generalized understanding of Azure AD, and MS cloud offerings
• The ability to document processes and fixes.
• The ability to read, write, and understand the English language
