Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop and Site Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software systems.
Respond to and diagnose problems, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and escalating issues as needed.
Effectively and timely resolve user problems, queries, or complaints.
Assist in hardware and software evaluation and recommend upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
Develop own knowledge, share best practices, and develop relevant solutions.
Lead a team of junior co-workers and set daily operational objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop and site support engineering.
Strong knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Any Graduate degree is required.
