Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Roorkee for a Desk Receptionist. The Desk Receptionist will oversee front-desk operations, handle incoming calls, assist parents and visitors, manage scheduling, and provide general administrative support. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining records, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the reception desk.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front-desk activities and scheduling
• Clerical skills, such as maintaining records and handling correspondence
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries and assist parents, students, and visitors effectively
• Proficiency in office equipment and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is an advantage
