Desk Journalist

As a Desk Journalist at EFY Group, your role involves creating remarkable content for online properties to attract the right target audience and contribute to the growth of our audience. You will be responsible for spotting the right stories, finding relevant news across various industries, and producing error-free and engaging content. Additionally, you will write business stories and rewrite technology and electronics press releases. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of journalism, business journalism, and possess excellent writing skills. While familiarity with technology, electronics, IoT, and the hi-tech industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. You should be open to interacting with industry contacts, have outstanding communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Being systematic, having multitasking capabilities, a penchant for interacting with people, a keen sense for news, and enjoying the excitement of breaking news are essential qualities for this role.
