Designer_Men’s Denim Wear

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and trend-driven Men’s Denim Wear Designer to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative denim collections for men, ensuring alignment with market trends, brand identity, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyse global denim fashion trends, washes, fits, and finishes relevant to men’s wear.
• Develop seasonal denim collections (jeans, jackets, shirts, shorts, etc.) with strong focus on style, fabric, and detailing.
• Create mood boards, sketches, CADs, and tech packs with accurate specifications.
• Innovate with washes, surface treatments, trims, and styling while keeping commercial viability in mind.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and sampling teams to ensure timely execution of designs.
• Source and select appropriate fabrics, washes, and trims by working with suppliers and mills.
• Conduct regular fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect product.
• Maintain a balance between fashion-forward designs and core bestsellers.
• Ensure designs meet cost targets without compromising on quality and aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Fashion Design / Textile Design or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Men’s Denim Wear design (preferably with well-known brands/retailers).
• Strong understanding of denim fabrics, washes, finishes, and silhouettes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and MS Office.
• Excellent sketching and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of international fashion markets, trend forecasting websites (WGSN, Fashion Snoops, etc.).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
