Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer – Project (Associate Level) with a strong background in architecture and an exceptional eye for design detail. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design-related projects from planning to final delivery.
• Develop and present creative design concepts in alignment with architectural principles.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using industry-standard tools/software.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Ensure all design outputs meet brand guidelines, functional requirements, and aesthetic standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively for multiple projects.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and architectural innovations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design project management.
• Strong understanding of architectural concepts, materials, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to visualize concepts in 3D.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadline
