Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling

  PowerPoint decks, Word proposals, and business templates

  .
• Translate business and technical inputs into clear, visually structured stories.
• Format and refine

  case studies, win notices, and service line collateral

  for internal and client-facing use.
• Build and maintain a

  library of branded templates, icons, and design elements

  for reusability.
• Work closely with pursuit and marketing teams to ensure

  visual consistency and on-time delivery

  .
• Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and design standards across the organization.

Core Skills & Experience

• 36 years of experience in

  presentation or document design

  within consulting, IT services, or corporate communication.
• Advanced skills in

  Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

  (layout, styles, templates, formatting).
• Proficiency with

  Design tools

  exposure to

  Figma or Canva

  is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility layout, typography, color balance, and information hierarchy.
• Ability to handle multiple requests with accuracy, creativity, and speed.
• Understanding of business storytelling and proposal aesthetics (clarity, flow, consistency).

Preferred

• Experience supporting

  executive presentations or large deal pursuits

• Familiarity with

  AI-based design tools

  or automation in deck/document workflows.
• Knowledge of best practices for

  visual communication in proposals and executive storytelling
