About the Role

Shyam Fashion is seeking a Creative Designer Head who will take the lead in building and managing the brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This is a long-term role for a creative professional passionate about fashion, design, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Social Media Branding & Content Creation

o Design engaging graphics for posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.

o Plan and execute content calendars to maintain consistent brand presence.

o Develop creative concepts to enhance brand identity and storytelling.

· Photography & Videography

o Create reels, videos, and photo content (preferred if managed personally).

o Coordinate with photography/videography teams if outsourced.

o Ensure high-quality content aligned with brand aesthetics.

· Platform Growth & Strategy

o Drive brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.

o Monitor analytics to refine strategies for follower engagement and growth.

o Implement creative campaigns to increase brand awareness.

· Website & Digital Assets

o Collaborate on website design, content, and user experience.

o Ensure cohesive branding across digital platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of social media design trends and branding.

· Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma).

· Experience with photography, videography, and editing software.

· Understanding of social media analytics and content planning.

· Website building/management skills (preferred but not mandatory).

· Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and fashion branding.
