Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer, located in Panipat. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative designs for our product line, which includes home furnishings, floor coverings, bedding, and terracotta products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting design research, developing design concepts, drafting sketches, and collaborating with the production team to ensure the execution of designs. The Designer will also closely follow industry trends to incorporate contemporary styles and techniques into our offerings.

Qualifications

• Design research and concept development skills
• Expertise in drafting sketches and creating innovative designs
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Coral Draw
• Ability to follow industry trends and incorporate contemporary styles
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with the production team
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work fully on-site in Panipat
• Relevant experience in the home furnishings and terracotta industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
