Utilizing 100% phenolic resin, Crown Décor is dedicated to exploring the unlimited potential of laminate surface décor.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer, located in Kolkata. The Designer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative laminate designs, collaborating with the production team to ensure feasibility, and staying updated with the latest trends in surface décor. The Designer will also work on product presentations and assist in marketing efforts to showcase new designs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD)
• Experience in product design and developing innovative laminate designs
• Knowledge of materials and production processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with the production and marketing teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest design trends
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience in the laminate or surface décor industry is a plus
